Effective Date: June 13, 2026
All video compression happens entirely on your device using Apple's AVFoundation framework. We do not upload, store, transmit, or have access to your videos or any media files at any point. Compressed videos are saved to your device's temporary storage and, if you choose, to your Photo Library. We have no servers that process or hold your media.
The App does not collect:
The free version of Minimo displays advertisements via Google AdMob. Google may collect limited technical information necessary to serve ads, including:
If you decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt, Google will only show non-personalized advertisements and will not link this device to advertising profiles.
For details on how Google handles this data, see Google's Privacy Policy.
To manage your consent for ad personalization, adjust the App Tracking Transparency setting at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Minimo.
If you purchase Minimo Pro, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not see or store your payment information, billing address, or Apple ID. Apple's privacy policy applies to that transaction.
We use Apple's StoreKit framework to verify your purchase status locally on your device, so that Pro features remain unlocked across launches. No purchase data is sent to our servers (we have no servers).
If you choose to save a compressed video to your Photos, the App will request permission to add to your Photo Library. This is "Add Only" access — Minimo cannot read your existing photos or videos. You can revoke this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Minimo.
Compressed videos in the App's temporary storage are automatically deleted when you start a new compression or when you close the App. We retain no copies of any media.
Minimo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the App in a way that may have involved third-party advertising data collection, please contact us and we will assist as appropriate.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal account or profile for us to delete on request. For data handled by Google AdMob, you have rights under applicable laws including GDPR for users in the EU/EEA and CCPA for users in California. You can exercise those rights by contacting Google directly through the link in Section 3.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will indicate when the most recent update was made. Material changes will be reflected in updates to the App.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how Minimo handles your data, please contact us at yaveez.dev@gmail.com.
